Apart from the annual show, rodeo, horseracing and other events that are held every year, the Cowra Showground also offers a Camping Ground in a dedicated area.

Camping Ground:

The camping area is now signposted on Grenfell Road and you enter the grounds on Cowra Road
Visitors can expect:

  • Hose attachment tap connections
  • Powered and no power sites
  • Pet Friendly
  • Laundry with hot water and washtubs but no washing machines available
  • Mobile phone coverage
  • Refuse bins
  • No fires allowed
  • Large rig sites
  • Caravan sites
  • Tent camping sites
Visitors are requested to contact the caretaker before arriving and obtain permission before entering the site. 

We have buildings for hire such as Betting Ring, Sheep Shed, Goat Shed and other buildings and open spaces. Please contact the Secretary for prices and availability.
